I am absolutely willing to do what works best for you or your organization, however most sessions will be completed through video conference.

As many as you or your organization feels would be necessary, but at minimal a three month commitment is recommended and has proven to be the most successful.

One 45-minute session each week for a standard 12 week contract.  

(Longer contracts would result in more sessions, still at one per week.)

Cost will vary based on the need, but the initial discovery call is FREE! 

This will help us determine the need and how I can be of service.

It happens. 

Things may come up for me as well, but as long as a notice is sent within 24 hours prior to the session, we can easliy rescheduled in a timely manner and get back on track!
