I am licensed to facilitate this two day clinic providing both emerging and seasoned leaders with an easy to implement coaching process to generate clear commitments with strong accountability to achieve the results necessary to ignite business performance.

What It Covers

The Coaching Clinic® effectively trains individuals in the skills necessary for using a coach approach within organizations. It is a fully developed model, which managers, leaders and coaches can implement immediately into their organizations to:


  • promote innovation and accelerate results
  • effectively develop and retain valuable organizational members
  • improve organizational communication and team effectiveness
  • deepen commitment to personal, professional and organizational goals


The Coaching Clinic® challenges participants to raise their standards for their own skills and competencies.


2-Day Sales Conversation Skills

For the past two decades, I've been instructing and overseeing the sales process within the financial industry, and in many respects, little has evolved over time.


Yet, despite our daily engagement in sales activities, some credit unions hesitate to embrace the term SALES.


My perspective has always been: "It's only negative if perceived to be."


I focus on teaching how to engage in meaningful conversations with our members, tailored to their where they are on their financial journey.

What It Covers

While it may not be groundbreaking, I specialize in guiding our front-line representatives through conversations with members, spanning from the onboarding and new account process to more advanced outbound opportunity calls.


Our training covers a range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Building confidence
  • Nonverbal communication
  • Active Listening
  • Addressing resistance
  • Asking pertinent questions

Note: This course is designed for both in-branch representatives and remote or centralized associates.
